Strength (Plate Loaded) throughout the entire facility.

features new, state-of-the-art cardiovascular
exercise and entertainment equipment. All
equipment features heart rate monitors
so you can track your target heart rate. We
offer 37-inch flat panel LCD televisions
mounted in the cardio training area. Members
just tune their FM radio in the TV they wish
to watch and hear.

We endorse a 44-minute total-body
exercise routine. All members will enjoy the
benefit of having a fully serviced line of
equipment, that will provide a clean and
efficient but yet a non-intimidating exercise
experience. That means we will set and sanitize
your machines for you every time you
walk in. We always have at least one
trainer in the main exercise area who
spot checks your form and provides
service to all our members. The
4Ever Fitness
staff will keep you moving through the
circuit so you can maintain your
target heart rate.

We offer a large free weight area
featuring Hammer Strength and Life
Fitness equipment
for those who wish to exercise
independently or as an addition to
our circuit training routine. Our
free weight area features many
multi-functional machines that are
incredibly versatile as well as many
standard free weight pieces.

and dedicated stretching area with
individual floor mats, instructional
placards, abdominal machines, and exercise
balls. Our stretching area is always
a good place to start or finish your
routine.

offers Personal Training programs that
are designed to meet each
individual's goals and fitness
level.
Our personal
training center is reserved for
those individuals who wish to have a
personalized workout session that
will produce increased
accountability, dedication, and
overall results. When you purchase a
personal training package, you not
only get your own personal trainer,
but you have exclusive access to our
private and separate personal
training center.
