The
club is set up with a round the clock video
surveillance system that is monitored via the
Internet, digitally recorded, and put on a
schedule of security visits.
We
are making every effort to keep the club safe
and maintain the friendly and sanitary
environment that every one is used to here at
4Ever Fitness.
For your safety, 911 emergency activation
devices (fobs) will be provided just inside the
front door for members during non-serviced
hours. Please feel free to carry one with you
at anytime during non-serviced hours. Once
activated 911 emergency personnel will respond
immediately.
All members will be required to use their key
tag to register their attendance each time they
use the club. This is especially important for
our Florida Health Care and Volusia County
School members because 4Ever Fitness is
compensated upon your attendance.
The
key tag also allows access during
non-serviced hours. If a member uses the key
tag to enter the club, they will not be
required to re-swipe at the front desk. If a
member attends during staffed hours and enters
through unlocked doors, please be reminded to
swipe at the front desk.
Only one person is allowed access with each key
tag. Guests and non-members must be registered
and pre approved by management and may only
attend the facility during serviced hours - no
exceptions.
This is an exciting time and we look forward to
hearing from anyone who might have concerns,
questions, or suggestions.
If you don't have a key tag, please
stop by the front desk and pick one up. The
first tag is free. Please keep good tabs on
your tag as there is a $10.00 fee to replace
it. And as always: in consideration of others,
please remember to bring a towel.
We look forward to seeing you at the club!
